POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary goal of this position is to help new clients navigate the onboarding process and monitor the happiness of our current clients. The ideal candidate must have an innate passion for customer service, proven work ethic and relentless eye for detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction through regular client contact to firm administrators.

- Investigate and resolve incoming client needs escalated to the sales team from current clients.

- Coordinate completion of the ProCirrus onboarding survey by guiding new clients and liaising with our Onboarding and Sales teams.

- Receive incoming lead opportunities from referral sources, web leads and incoming sales line and coordinate initial demo and discussion with sales.

- Assist sales in achieving established turn times for client presentations, proposals and follow ups to maintain sales conversion ratios.

- Assist in and coordinate follow-up and maintain ongoing contact with all possible leads and referral sources by focusing on a long-term relationship that will present future opportunity.

- Assist in maintenance of company BTB partnerships and relationships - Coordinate trade show scheduling and equipment transportation.

- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as required

- Maintain familiarity with industry protocols, best practices and operate at the highest levels of ethics and professionalism.

- Meet or exceed performance expectations per joint performance plan. - Perform other related support and service tasks as requested.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES PLUS:

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel as well as with customers who have limited computer background

- Ability to work independently with a proven track record to exceptional time management and initiative

- Demonstrated understanding of small to mid-sized business practices emphasizing information technology and associated costs

- Ability to set and achieve self-defined goals

- Ability to quickly learn new applications/systems

- Ability to work as part of a team or independently

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- 2 years direct and proven experience in any business with a similar process

- 2 years of proven customer service expertise

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency/comfort

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
